Students must be signed in by a parent or authorized adult. There is a $3.00 daily fee for those not signed up for monthly morning care. Charges will be on your tuition statement and payment may be included with your tuition payment. The regular entrance gate will be opened at 7:30 AM. Children are not to wait outside of the gate. AFTER SCHOOL CARE: Those in the program go to Room 13 when their class is dismissed at the end of the school day. If they are also in Sports or Choir, they first need to check in with the After School Personnel. There is a $10.00 drop in fee for those not signed up monthly. Those still in the waiting area at 3:15 are signed up with the After School Care. If brothers and sisters of students in sports are not picked up by 3:15 they will go to the After School Care. The coaches cannot supervise these students. Students in sports programs must be picked up by 4:45 PM at the Elk Street gate or they will be signed in at After School Care and billed the drop in rate of $10.00. Children may only be released to those listed on the Emergency Card. The authorized adult must sign the child/ren out. Click here to download the Before/After Care Brochure  On the school premises we have provisions for seventy-two hours. In addition, we ask each child to have a few personal items stored here. Fresh items will need to be brought to school promptly in September. We will send home last year's items. A list will be provided. Each year we count on your help in the event of a disaster: • Do not phone school - we will not be in the building • Listen to the radio - follow public school directives • Your decision to take your children is respected • Report to a person who is doing the signing out • Sign child out - keep information updated (only those listed on the emergency card may sign the child out. Children will not be released to others who are not listed). Inform those on the list to have identification. • Volunteer • Stay calm Archdiocesan regulations require that all students have the school insurance. The school makes payment for this in September.
