1 Child - $385.00 per month $3850.00 (10 payments of $385.00) 2 Children - $615.00 per month $6150.00 (10 payments of $615.00) 3 Children - $840.00 per month $8400.00 (10 payments of $840.00) Kindergarten - $385.00 per month $3850.00 (10 payments of $385.00) ![]() Tuition is paid a month in advance. The yearly tuition is divided into ten installments. Tuition for Grades 1-8 is due on the 1st of the month beginning with August 1st (September tuition). Tuition for Kindergarten is due on the 15th of the month beginning with August 15th (September tuition). Tuition payments an all financial obligations are to be paid in full by the May due date. On May 15th Registration Fee for the next school year is due. Unless all financial payments are up to date we will not accept the registration fee which holds a place for your child for the next school year. There are no exceptions as we need to tell those on the waiting list whether or not we have a place for them. ![]() It is very important that payments are made on time. A late fee of $25.00 is added to any payment more than ten days past the due date. If payment is not received by the day after the ten day grace period (the 10th for Grades 1-8 and the 25th for Kindergarten) you will be contacted and asked to meet with the Principal. ![]() There is a $30.00 fee for any returned check. Once a check is returned from the bank due to insufficient funds, you will need to make payments in cash or money order for the balance of the school year. ![]() Checks must be depositable when received. ![]() The non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee for the next school year is due by May 15th. The fee covers registration, rental of books, insurance and supplies that are provided by the school. All financial obligations for the present school year must be fulfilled before registration for the next year is final. The Registration Fee for 2008-2009 includes the School Yearbook. ![]() The graduation fee of $100.00 for 8th graders is due by April 15th. All financial obligations for those in the graduation class need to be paid in full by May 10th. Any payment made after this date must be paid in cash or by money order. Be advised that any student whose family accounts are not paid in full will not be in the graduation ceremony. This includes the Scrip Fee and Service Hours. ![]() There is a $60.00 sports fee for each sport a child participated in, the Spirit Squad and the Concert Chorus. ![]() Each school family is required to give 25 hours of service. Parents are to complete their hours between May 6, 2008 and May 5, 2009. You may get help on completing your service hours from adult family members. When you sign up to work on an event do not bring children with you. It is not only a safety concern but also it can be disturbing to others. You cannot give your full attention to both the event and the children. It is the responsibility of the Parents or other adult family member when working their service hours to sign the BLUE SERVICE HOUR SHEET indicating the time you started and the time you finished. This is very important. This is the school's only record used to record your service hours accurately. You will be billed $20 for each of the 25 service hours not completed by May 5, 2009. When you sign up to work service hours for an event and you find you cannot complete your commitment you have 72 hours before the date of the event to call and let the person in charge know you will not be able to fulfill your obligation. If this call is not made you will be billed $20 per hour for the number of hours you signed up for. ![]() The registration fee for the next school year is due by May 15th. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Payment of this fee lets us know that you plan to have your child in our school for the next school year and reserves a place for him or her. Tuition is a yearly rate, divided into 10 installments payable from August through May. It is paid a month in advance. The most that would be refunded would be one-half of the month's tuition if the month has not yet started. For example, November's tuition is paid October 1st. If we were notified before the end of October that you are leaving the most that would be refunded would be half of November's tuition that had been paid.
